2007 Policy Changes
Owner's Name in the MLS
The actual owner's name shall be placed in the MLS unless otherwise requested in writing by the owner. (This policy change passed by CAAR Board of Directors on April 19, 2007 effective June 1, 2007.)
Branding in Fields Viewed by the Public
MLS information directly provided for use by the public may not display content identifying the listing brokers or listing agents, or contact information of listing brokers or listing agents. The purpose of this policy is to maintain the focus of the consumer on the agent providing the information. (This policy change passed by CAAR Board of Directors on January 18, 2007.)
