CAAR Information Technology (IT)
CAAR IT staff provide support for three distinct user classes: member and administrative staff MLS questions, internal CAAR systems and staff, and the general public who use CAAR systems or content. Technical support is provided to all three user classes in a holistic manner – solutions are prescriptive of software and hardware conditions beyond the scope of just CAAR’s software or content.
In addition to providing technical support, CAAR IT also implements and maintains MLS user education classes. Classes are free to REALTOR® members of CAAR and their registered support staff and may be taken as many times as needed/wanted.
